is there a way I can wire all the usb outputs to a transformer to get the 19v*4.5amps 85watts needed to power my macbook. I am willing to build it if necessary...

Solution
From a point of view of an electronic technician, yes, it can be done, you have 6 amperes with four 5 volts output. The outputs can be isolated from one of the other, so, you have 20 volts with 6 amperes for the output. For the people who don't understand, you have to look outside of the box. So joesmoe99, it will be simpler and cheaper for you to buy an adapter.
