I'm putting together my first Home Theater PC and would really like some feedback on it before I purchase the parts, I was aiming to make the build as small, fast, and quite as I could.
The list for the parts are:
MB: ASRock N3700-ITX
RAM: Kingston HyperX Impact HX316LS9IB/4 4GB
HDD: Seagate Archive 8TB
SSD: Transcend SSD370 128GB
PSU: Silverstone ST45SF-G 450W
Case: Silverstone ML07 HTPC
OS: Linus running with ether PLEX or Kodi.
Keyboard/mouse: Favi mini keyboard
I know that the ssd might be a bit over kill, but I really want it for the fast boot-up, and the PSU also may be a bit much but it was the best on I could find from the seller I'm buying from. One of the questions I would really like to know is if the on-board GPU will run just fine. The system will only ever be used for watching movies, TV seres, and anime in 720p and 1080p.
