I cleaned registry and programs and all with CCleaner about 5 times total. Now I think that came back to stab me in the back because I believe that my Steam (more specifically VAC), my League, and my Google Chrome is not running as well.

Is there any way to fix this or do I have to do a clean install of windows?
I've tried repairing my system with command prompt. No luck.

Despite what any fanboy might say to you.. always avoid using any type of Registry Cleaner... they do more harm than good. Some have an undo function that might work half the time... but if not, just restore from a backup (or reinstall Windows if you never did that).

System Restore might also work.

In your search box of windows type CMD.
Right click on the search result Cmd, and run as an admin.

In the command prompt window type: sfc /scannow.

If you have not tried this do so it should fix all of the errors and problems you are having.
As much as registry cleaners seem like a good idea, as you have found out they often create more problems rather than fix them.

I have a backup from like 3 cleans ago, doubt it's gonna do that much good but i'll give it a try. How do I restore it? It's a .reg file.

Steam cannot connect to VAC, Chrome is lagging way too much (this is not normal for my PC), and League of Legends had some quirks with loading in the shop. Also Windows doesn't want to update for some reason...

because this don't sound like registry issue

Did you do something after or did the problem start right after your run ccleaner?

No system restore sadly.

Reason I ran it the first time...I forgot, I think I did it because my friend convinced me it would make my computer faster. Both of our computers were running worse afterwards.

Maybe the issue you have is not ccleaner, sound like you have an issue before you install them. need to fix that. And please start your own thread.
