I believe the 1st gen Intel Pentium/i3/i5/i7 series were socketed. Later series (Sandy Bridge on) changed the Celeron/Pentium/i3 and most i5 chips to BGA, soldered down so you couldn't remove them.

If i am correct, that Inspiron 11 3000 is equipped with a Pentium N3530 which is installed on a FCBGA1170 configuration. You will not be able to change the CPU on this one, as it is soldered to the motherboard.

The 11 3000 is a series touting different CPU configurations, but they all are BGA. Like V1ctor89 said, you will not be able to change the processor. The processor on this computer is mounted to the main board.
