im barely setting up and it says pick a network to get online to finish setting up your oc but its not giving me any options

Have you tried connecting your PC to the internet using wired connection? If these doesn't work the only solution is to do a factory reset with your PC since it's new nothing will be deleted then try settings it up again. If all these will not work do contact the manufacturer if it's still under the factory warranty.
