I need a gaming headset with a very good mic, because most headset had cheap mic.(even the most expensive headset ever) deep bass, and had surround sound.

I have the Hyper X Cloud (original) and it is a good headset although the mic isn't great so I would avoid Hyper X cloud 1 and 2 if you want a good mic.
If you need a good mic as a prority it is probably best to buy a pair of headphones and then a separate desktop/lavilier mic.

I'm a fan of the Turtle Beach PX22. Works with XBox 360, PS3, PS4, and PC right out of the box. Independent inline amp controls for game volume, chat volume, voice monitor volume, and mic muting. The headset can detach from the amp and can be used in any 3.5mm jack ( and it's four-pole so it includes the mic ).

I think you might want to quantify how you rate a "very good mic." Do you just want to be clearly understood while chatting over Skype and game audio, or are you trying to record voice for (semi) professional purposes? My experience has been most mic problems result from improper positioning ( just below and to the side your mouth, not right in front of it ), bad configuration ( using lowest quality on the compression codec ), or poor network/internet service.

hmm...how about a totally different approach. How about getting a decent headphones and mic separately? I say this because I personally don't like headsets. but its really up to you to decide what you want.

+1 for this idea. You can get something like ATH-M30X or HD518 for $70 and spend the rest on a decent mic. Far better audio quality than "surround" headsets.
