Looking for a new laptop around $500, I'm willing to pay a little bit more if needed. I like to play games such as League of Legends, Counter Strike Global Offensive, and Devilian (most demanding). All of these games, and games i plan to play will be on Steam. Hoping for a minimum of around 60 FPS on all games.

Something i found that i think would work.

The A8-6410 and it's Radeon R5 (beema) graphics core is pretty weak. It is a bit less powerful compared to a 3rd generation Ivy Bridge Intel Core i3 CPU with the Intel HD 4000 graphics core. The following Asus laptop with a Core i3-5010u and the Intel HD 5500 for $350 would provide better performance. But overall gaming performance will still be considered weak compared to a laptop with a modest dedicated graphics chip.

If you can really afford up to $500, then I recommend the following Acer laptop with a Core i5-5200u, nVidia 940m and 1080p screen for $490. The 940m is a lot more powerful than the Intel HD 5500, but it will not be able to play most games at 1080p with...
If you are that budget limited for a laptop for games, see how much that system with an A10 CPU is. You'd want the best specs you can get in a laptop, no upgrading. If you find a game you want to play in a year that needs more speed, your only option is to sell the laptop.

A beginner gaming laptop would be near $800 to keep up with modern games even on low settings and play well.

The 940m is a lot more powerful than the Intel HD 5500, but it will not be able to play most games at 1080p with decent performance. You can get pretty decent performance at 1366x768 / 1600x900 resolution at low / medium graphic settings depending on the game. By "decent" I mean above 30 FPS.
