CPU: Intel Core i3 M370 2.40GHz, 3MB L3 cache 2399 MHz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies LTD V1.15
Motherboard: Acer Aspire 7741
RAM: Elpida DDR3 PC3-10700 (667 MHz) 2x2GB
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 1754 MB
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 (6.1) Home Premium Edition 64-bit Service Pack 1 (Build 7601)

After scanning with Crucial tool i find out that the compatible memory is PC3-12800 1600, so i bought Corsair Vengeance CMSX8GX3M2A1600C9 2x4GB CL9 1600 Mhz.

When i replaced my Elpida memory with Vengence, my laptop starts and reboot right after the Windows logo shows up and that's it over and over....

OEM systems, especially lower end ones like Acer can be touchy as to what RAM will work with them. I would return the Corsair RAM and order the RAM from Crucial that should be guaranteed to work in that system if you order it from their site directly for that model.

Another thing to maybe try is to do a BIOS update while on the old RAM and then try the new RAM, and try oen stick of the Corsair at a time.

After the BIOS update to the latest version 1.26 withe the old RAM and trying one Corsair at a time, i get a blue screen with this error "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and when i try with both Corsair the result is the same problem of rebooting right after the Windows logo.
