Vertical lines of different colours

My Sony Viao laptop is showing a vertical lines of different colors on the screen and i don't know what the cause might be or how i can get to fix it

Those are called "artifacts" and they are usually caused by GPU overheating. You need to dismantle your laptop and clean the fan and the heatsink, clean off the old thermal paste and apply new paste. If you cannot do this by yourself, you can either ask a friend who can, or go to a local IT service.
