According to my icon I have good wireless and my wife's laptop can get online with no problem. However when I try to get on the internet it will not connect and says the webpage is not available. The message it gives me says it is because the DNS lookup failed. I've reinstalled drivers and I have disabled and enabled my wireless and still the problem exists.

Hi,

Do try to reset the browser you're using to factory first.

How to Reset IE:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ph/windows-vista/reset-internet-explorer-8-settings

How to Reset Google Chrome:
https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en

If these will not work try to uninstall/reinstall the wireless card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the wireless adapter.
- Reboot your laptop and it should automatically reinstall the driver.
- After the restart do test if it will connect wireless.
