Hi friends, My trouble is that while I am playing I get drops fps in games like Crysis 3, the new Black ops 3 without reason, from 30-35 fp
fps until 10-15 and last almost 5 seconds and then it comes back to 30, this happens every minute and I was thinking to make a factory reset. I play with cooler so I'm pretty sure is not overheating the reason. Help me and sorry for my bad English.

Hi,

Before you consider doing a complete factory reset, do try these troubleshooting steps.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver (AMD or NVIDIA)
- Open Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to your graphics card.
- Download and install the latest driver there is from the manufacturers site.
NVIDIA: nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
AMD: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Once the latest driver has been installed do set your games to run using the graphics card processor.
- Also make sure to set the power management to Maximum Performance.
