Solution
In short, you can't.
I'm guessing you are using Intel HD graphics.
You can access the system's BIOS and increase the shared memory settings there, but you will not be able to allocate a very large amount of your system RAM to the graphics.
Of course, adding a graphics card with 4Gb of RAM will solve that issue.
