I have a Xbox 360 Samsung blue ray and time warner cable DVR. Two hmdi cables. How to connect all three?

If the Samsung blue ray you mention is a player, not a home theater in a box with player built in, then you can't connect those to each other. Each connects directly to the TV so you need 3 HDMI cables.
If the Samsung is a HTiB then it depends. If it has 3 HDMI inputs and 1 output connect each to the HTiB and then it to the TV (all with HDMI). If it doesn't have HDMI inputs then you would connect it to your TV with either HDMI ARC or HDMI and optical audio from the TV. The xbox and DVR go to the TV directly with HDMI.
Another option is to use the HDMI Input of the Xbox to connect the cable box. I think you can integrate the cable box into the gui of the xbox.
