Hi,
Do uninstall/reinstall the display adapter driver of your laptop first.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver.
- Download and install the latest driver from Dell's Support site.
- Here's the link: http
/downloads.dell.com/FOLDER03348317M/1/Video_Driver_6YKW1_WN32_15.201.1101_A01.EXE
- Once the latest driver has been installed reboot your laptop.
- After the reboot do test your touchscreen if it work again.
