Hi,
Do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in resolving the issue.
- Do a hard reset first, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then see if it will boot up normally.
- Next is to try and connect an external monitor while the laptop is on with all the lights on and see if you'll get any display from it and if you do press then Windows key + P at the same time and select Display Only then press Enter.
- Lastly is to reseat the RAM, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure that they are all seated properly.

. Tried everything . can hear the windows login sound but still a black screen though.Similar threads
