Is My Laptop Too Hot?

I have an MSI GS70 Stealth 2QE Pro with a gtx 970M in it. the idle temperature of my cpu is 45-52 degrees and when gaming both cpu and gpu are 80-90 degrees is that okay ?

Thats sounds normal as the gtx 970m is a power hungry gpu. You could put it on power saver mode when you are doing normal things. This should lower the temps by quite a bit.

That is normal for laptops as they are thin and generally don't have the cooling power of a desktop. The stealth series falls into the category. The only thing I can think of is to get a laptop cooler.
