How do I get pictures form a toshiba laptop to an iPhone 5c

Hi,
Here's how I do it:
- Connect your IPhone to your laptop.
- Click Start then go to Computer or My Computer then you'll see your phone under Portable Devices.
- You'll see a message on your phone just select "Trust".
- Click on the name of your phone in Computer until you reach the DCIM folder.
- Just drag and drop all the pictures you want from your PC into that folder.
- Disconnect your phone once done and you're good to go.
