First of all, I know this is not the section when I can ask this, but I don't know where is it, so I posted here.
So, today I reinstalled my Windows 10 and I installed Google Chrome. I went to youtube.com to watch some videos but here's the problem, I can't set the video to the smaller window, only the medium-ish sized window and to fullscreen, take a look

I tried to reinstall Google Chrome for 3 times and nothing happens. It's only a Google Chrome problem since on Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, the problem doesn't exist at all.
