Lenovo laptop not working

My Lenovo Flex 3's keyboard suddenly stopped powering up. I have a back lit keyboard and when I tried rebooting it; the keyboard does not light up.
Laptop is a Lenovo Flex 3 15

I found this post on another site: "Your sticky keys are turned on...turn them off
control panel --> Accessibility Options --> turn sticky keys off"

Worth a shot
