Wondering if I should get hp stream 7 or the dell venue 8 3000?

Can't decide which one to get. Either the hp stream 7 or the dell venue 8 3000. (Both are 32gb storage and both have similar hardware, both have very closely related Intel atoms and both have 1gb of ram.) what one is faster? Also do they both support Bluetooth keyboard and a USB mouse? I tend to use this for school and travel, but also for simple light gaming. What one would be faster?

The dell venue 8's cpu is clocked 0.3GHz higher, so its a little faster. (not very significant, but does make a difference). Both are quadcore and have 1gb ram.
The dell has a higher resolution, so I would get it.
