i bought a msi gt72s 6qe dominator pro g just few days ago it hasnt been a week. i do intense gaming. i was downloading updates foe windows 10 and the screen went blank. and from then on it wont turn on. help plzz..

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Do a hard reset first, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then see if it will boot up.
- If it doesn't work reseat the RAM, remove all the RAM for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure that they are seated properly into each slot.
- Next is to test your AC adapter if it's supplying enough voltage to power the laptop or better yet if you have another AC adapter that has the same voltage try it and see if it will boot up.
- If it will boot up but will not load Windows chances are you may need to reload the original OS of your laptop.
- Contact MSI support if all these will not work because it may seem like a hardware problem if it's still under the factory warranty.

i cant open the laptop it has warranty seal so i think i will send it to msi for replacement..
