about gaming in dell laptops

hii....so i bought dell inspiron 15r 5537 which has spec:
processor: intel i7 4th gen 4500u 1.8GHZ boost to 2.4GHz
Ram:8GB
Hard:1 TBB
GPU:intel hd graphics 4000 and AMD hd8670 2GB DDR3
so it has very low gaming performance...is that normal cuz i think i should play games well on it...i have splinter cell black list which i get 20FPS on medium setting!!!
i just updated the card to crimson radeon any help in this matter plz!

Here are more troubleshooting steps that you can try as well.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall AMD graphics driver.
- Open Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to AMD graphics.
- Download and install the latest driver from AMD site.
