Hi,
Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Do a hard reset first, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and see if it would get pass the Samsung logo.
- Next to remove the HDD off the laptop boot it up without it and see if it would get pass that screen because if it does you might have your suspect already but if it will stick get stuck that means it's a motherboard failure.
- Lastly, reset BIOS by removing the CMOS battery for couple of seconds then put it back in and see if the same problem will happen.
