So I decided to replace my optical drive with an SSD. I've bought the adapter, Samsung 850 EVO I'm ready to go. But now I can't open my laptop. I've removed all the screws, and as I saw in instructional videos, I tried to remove my keyboard. But it's fixed onto case and I can't pry it open. Now I'm stuck with 500 GB SSD outside of laptop. Does anyone have any ideas how to open it, because it's almost like it's glued on. Any help is appreciated.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_jUH-nWNuw top cover has clips holding it down as well , in the video he wedges a plectrum in the gap to release them [/quotemsg]

Yes,I've seen that video, but I can't fit anything between aluminum part and plastic bottom.[/quotemsg]

I use my thumbnail, on an angle. the plastic has to flex out a little for the clips to release. same set up as most tv remotes and why they hold together with only one screw

Give me a solved question i need some please :p

I understand the way it works, but unfortunately I can't fit my thumbnait there due to almost airtight fit of aluminum and plastic. :/
