"Again hope some one help" Slow boot time windows 8.1

Hi all,
My laptop takes along time to boot its taking between 3 or 4 mins to to boot, i also switched the fast start up ON but it does not help , i did Defragment using windows and with Smart Defrag but Nothing ;(
The thing that will make me mad is the mouth cursor always move to the same place at every time it`s starting up!! how !!

After the clean up do the following troubleshooting steps.
- Open Task Manage and go to Startup tab.
- Disable all your startup items.
- Right click on computer and select Properties.
- Once open click on Advanced system settings.
- Under Performance click on Settings
- Select Adjust for best performance then click Apply and OK.
