Sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this on, but I am quite desperate. Yesterday, someone tried to hack into my computer, luckily failed. 2 different IPs tried to hack me in the same time period (about 5 seconds) and my Bullguard antivirus notified me and banned them for 5 minutes. They haven't been back since. I have both of the IPs. They tried to PORT SCAN attack me (no clue what that means) and Bullguard blocked them on about 7 ports, different each time. I've checked on any new files that were created at that time and after, and there doesn't seem to be anything created until about 80 minutes later. portscan means they try to scan your system for open port to gain acces if you where using torrent that could happens or try to get a pirated software to ,use malwarebytes to full scan and do a full virus scan to to your system at start up is bullguard permit it without network on .
