Asus laptop wont charge and its new.

Hello.

I have av Asus laptop. Ive had it for a year soon( but i have returned it and gotten fixed because my keyboard broke )

Today my charger didnt charge. The green light was off. Meaning it didnt charge. So i pulled the charger in and out and my houses electrecity went out. ( 99% sure because of private reasons. Not because the laptoo was bad or... ) I quickly fixed it and now my laptop wont charge

So what exactly broke? If theres an solution i would love if it was free.

My laptops model number is R510D ( I think )

It seems your laptop charger may be faulty. Get it replaced by Asus before the warranty expires.

Agreed with Phillip: the AC adapters do die every once in a great while.

You should be able to purchase a replacement (out of warranty) from either Asus directly (I believe they have a parts store online), or through various etailers.

Could really only be two things: 1) Broken/Faulty charger. 2) Broken/Worn charging port on your laptop.
