video memory not showing

Hi any one please help me
I bought hp laptop yesterday with 4gb ram n windows 7. In the laptop in that showing video memory 1303 mb in 32bit os. I have installed now 64bit os and he is only showing 32707kb. And dedicated memory just written n/a.
Please any body help how solve this

Hi,

What's the model of your PC so we can check the specification of it that may help. But do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in resolving the issue.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card listed (NVIDIA or AMD)
- Open Programs and Features and do uninstall anything related to your graphics card.
- Download and install the latest driver from it's manufacturer site.
- Reboot your laptop once installed.
- Check if the same problem will persist after the reboot.
