Hi,

Please do try these following troubleshooting steps that may help in resolving the issue.
- Do a hard reset, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Plug just the AC adapter and see if it will load normally.
- If that doesn't work try to reseat the RAM, take them all off for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure that they are seated properly into each slot.
- Next is to try another AC adapter that has the same voltage with yours. If it doesn't stay on the issue may be in your laptop itself and a repair may be required.
- If your laptop is still under the factory warranty contact Asus support for a repair.

I have the same issue. I opened my laptop to clean the dust off and after I assembled it back it won't power. I observed that when I connect the battery without AC adapter the left bottom zone of the motherboard is starting to heat up. Anyone encountered this matter ?
