Best External Sound Card for Music for around $50

Hi,

I am planning to buy some new speakers (Logitech z623) and an external usb sound card to go with them. Could anyone suggest some for around $50 (australia).

Why do you want a USB sound card, is this for a laptop? Even if for a laptop I suggest you try it first with the built-in audio and see how you like the sound. Spending 30% of the speaker cost on a sound card that you may not be able to even distinguish from the onboard audio in quality is not that smart without some testing.
