So I bought a a few days ago and have been through hell and back so far. When I bought it it was the display laptop and so they had to reset it. After the laptop was reset and I was able to bring it home it asked me to make an account and I did after it was done it went to a blank screen with the windows sign for almost an hour so I made the decision to restart it and now when I turn it on it won't go past the please wait thing and it's so annoying. Please help me!

Just try another Factory Reset with it since there might had been some issue or interruptions when it was first reset. Please do follow the steps from this link:

If all these will not solve the issue, I would take it back to the store where you purchased it from since it's still covered by their factory warranty.
