Currently I have Asus - Republic of Gamers 17.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus-republic-of-gamers-17-3-touch-screen-laptop-intel-core-i7-8gb-memory-1tb-hard-drive-soft-touch-black-silver-metal/4201701.p?id=1219706549980&skuId=4201701) This is a great machine so far. I can run All the games I have at max settings with 60-80fps average. Sometimes it can go higher than that. My one regret and reason as to why I'm making this thread is that the graphics card in this laptop is a GTX 965M. It's a fairly good card but I'm afraid it may date this laptop even faster than a laptop with a better card, for example: A GTX 970M or 980M.

And before anyone says I should just get a gaming desktop, I really prefer laptops. The portability is nice.

Now my budget for another laptop is about the same as this Asus one. I've looked around and found this (http://us.msi.com/product/notebook/GT72-Dominator-G-GTX-970M.html#hero-overview) and this (http://www.dell.com/us/p/alienware-17-r3/pd?oc=dkcwg01m&model_id=alienware-17-r3)

I really like the idea of G-Sync being in the MSI laptop, sounds like G-Sync can really help get the best performance from games.

I am still under the 15 return policy for this Asus laptop but I only have about 5 days left to get my money back. So please, if anyone can really help point me in the best and right direction I will be very appreciative.

The Asus one is Best Buy- where I bought it, so naturally I provided that link. The MSI one is fixed to be at MSI's offical site. And the Alienware on is Dell.

Those links are mostly there to give people the specs and features of each laptop.
