Hi guys, since I cat find a sub topic about AMD software then I'll post it here.

I have a question? So my new PC arrived last week. The AMD Catalyst Software shows that my driving packaging version is: 13.351.1007-140402a-170998C and the amd catalyst control version is: 2014.0402.444.6576 .. Do I need to update these 2 things over here? I'm downloading the 15.7.1 catalyst software suite and the 15.10 latest beta driver. Is it safe?

SPECS:
Processor: AMD A10-7850K
GPU: R7 Integrated graphics
Memory: Kingston Valueram 1600Mhz(Gonna upgrade this one to 8GBgskill 2133mhz 4gbx2 soon)
1TB HDD

If everything is working tickety-boo, leave existing driver alone.

Moreover, don't install beta drivers anyway. They are for experienced users to test for bugs on a spare PC & provide feedback to the driver supplier.

The Catalyst Software Suite already includes compatible GPU driver - - you don't need to download driver separately, and certainly not a beta one.

Don't get obsessed with keeping the drivers or the BIOS up to date
Leave them alone unless an update fixes a problem you're experiencing or offers new features you absolutely must have.

Others will disagree with that, but just ask anyone who updated BIOS or a driver just to keep "up to date", only to discover that it introduced a problem that didn't exist earlier.
