After installing any virtual drive controllers - Windows 7 won't boot

To begin with, I'm running a machine with this configuration:
Motherboard: ASUS P5LD2-SE
CPU: Dual-Core 2.8GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 550Ti 1Gb
RAM: Kingston 2 Gb
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003(runs in Standart IDE mode) - 1Tb

Ran memtest86+ and HDD memory test - all passed. SMART on HDD gives OK status.

I've tried various Windows 7 installation images: Win7 SP1 x64, Win7 Ultimate 7600
All of them were working fine and tested by lots of people to prove them ok.

But after installing any of software for creating virtual drives: Daemon Tools, Alcohol 52%, MagicDisk, Virtual CloneDrive -> after reboot Windows just got stuck on "Starting Windows" screen. I've kind of figured out that when I disable storage controllers for the virtual drives the machine starts up correctly, but It's not convenient, since I use them quite frequently.

Cannot boot in Safe mode; last known configuration boot won't do anything; Windows Repair tool make Windows unbootable for sure (even the startup screen doeesn't show up)

So far only reinstalling Windows takes me to the very beginning.

Is there any way for me to install one of them and make them work without breaking boot?

I'll try that within next 24 hours or so.
But It's not the solution I need. With my previous Windows 7 (unfortunately I don't have access to it) I've had no problems with that.
