Hello, I have a lenovo x220 and just got a new ssd that is wiped clean. I am going to install El Capitan and Windows 10 on it. I will want to use the same ssd for both. The link below is a guide to do so but they only show how to do it on two different ssd's. My question is how do I do it on one ssd without windows messing up os x or visa versa?
Thanks.

oh you would have to partition the SSD. like have one partition for win 10 and have the other partition for el capitain. but make sure to install windows 10 first on one partition to make it your primary OS then install el capitain on the second partition

What if I want to have El Capitain as my primary OS?

then you change the priority after you installed both. its much easier for OSX to see Windows than it is for Windows to see OSX

So install 10 first and then OSX and then change the boot order?
