Need a bit more details, Safe Mode is not just a thing you turn off and on, it's there to help troubleshoot and fix issues. If the system continues to automatically go to Safe Mode that means there is something causing it. Likely you would need to run a Repair Setup of Windows, maybe something more to get things fixed.
Add some details about how this issue started, if anything was changed/added/uninstalled/etc.. before the issue. Any other errors that maybe you ignored for a while before this started?
