My Toshiba Satellite L10-102 laptop with Windows XP is running really slow so I want to completely reset it and start all over again. Please help me and tell me how I should do that. I have tried holding the 0 button then switching it on, there is a beep but then there are no options for resetting it and the computer just starts normally.
