Steelseries Headset RMA Taking Very Long

My Steelseries Siberia Elite Prism headset's earcup detached from the frame about a month ago, therefore I sent a RMA Ticket to Steelseries and it was approved. At first, I was pleased as it took ~1 Day for Steelseries to approve my RMA Ticket and give me instructions on how to ship it back to them. I shipped the headset back about a ~3 Weeks ago (Oct. 11) and I have been waiting for the Steelseries staff to reply to my request as I have been frequently asking them questions such as "May I know when my product will be shipped back to me?". Should the RMA take this long? I do not know as this is my first experience with RMAing a product. My RMA Ticket / Request number is #300517.

they have to do testing to make sure you didn't break it etc. I have had rma's take 2 months, it sucks but it is the speed of some businesses. I would put in a support ticket referencing your rma number asking for a direct update and frankly whats the hold up?
