I usually use a cooling pad when ever i use my pc.

Your GPU will never melt down, even when playing 24 hours a day. The laptops comes with built-in thermal restrictions that downclock or even shut down the laptop when any of the components get too hot.

What does happen of course is the longevity being affected, heavy usage logically decreases the lifespan of any computer or laptop. By how much it can decrease is a matter of luck, just as you can never tell how long a laptop will work when barely being used you can't really predict when one that is heavily used will break down.

I would not worry much though, even with heavy usage laptops should not break down easily, and the cooling pad helps.
