How to reinstall a programme

I recently Uninstalled Qualcomm Atheros on my acer laptop by accident , this stopped the Internet from working. How do I reinstall this programme. I tried a system restore but it was no successful as it said no changes were made on the laptop. The Internet now says I need an Ethernet cable and won't connect to wifi. Any ideas on how to reinstall Qualcomm Atheros?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Qualcomm Atheros is not a program, or indeed a "programme". It's the manufacturer's name of the WiFi networking chip inside your laptop.
What you need to re-install is the "Driver" for it, not a "programme".

You'll find the driver on your laptop manufacturer's website. All you need to know is the full model name/number of your laptop, plus the Windows version that's installed on it.
