Me and my dad were finding a gaming laptop and we found the Asus ROG G501.

It's specs:

Intel Core i7-4720HQ 2.6Ghz up to 3.6
GeForce GTX 960M 4GB
16GB of RAM (DDR3)

Thanks for answering!

Just keep in mind laptops are not as upgradeable as desktops. Cannot change GPU and CPU. CPU and GPU are low-voltage versions to keep power consumption and heat down. Their performance will not be as fast as equivalent desktop version.

Well, the games i'll be buying and playing are like Rainbow Six Siege, BF4, Black Ops 3 and pretty much games within that area.
Medium to High settings are good enough for me.

*This is just raw power right? No optimization yet?

Laptops do not perform anywhere close to their desktop counterparts. The reason being is that laptops are made for low power consumption and anything that requires heavy use of the CPU and GPU will not only be slower than their desktop counterparts, they will also be a major strain on the battery.

I did want to add that your laptop will probably get prettu warm playing at those top settings. The gpu could yake it. But the cooling solution may not. So u may have to bump it down a little
