Problem with the laptops keyboard and touchpad once OS is booted up. Laptop is Toshiba Satellite C655D-S5126. It worked fine before installing Office 2013. Once office 13 installed I rebooted to install the updates from Windows 7 then the keyboard/touchpad does not work anymore. Safe Mode or USB won't work. Not sure what to do.

When you said "USB won't work" do you mean a USB keyboard and mouse also don't work? Does the keyboard work to get into the BIOS and move around there?
