im trying to factory reset my acer aspire one. the alt f 10 isnt working it just does the normal long beep. when it finally boots up i cant get on the internet or do anything to be honest. i just want my computer to work again without having to buy a new one. i would greatly accept anyone willing to help me in my struggle.
please help me fix my acer aspire one.

Hi,
Please do try and run Acer eRecovery inside Windows.
- Click Start and search for Acer eRecovery Management
- Once open click on Restore then click Completely Restore System to Factory Defaults.
- Click Yes then click Start.
If that doesn't work you may need to contact Acer Support to order a System Recovery disc from them.
