wifi hotspot problem

i have downloaded the wifi driver from dell.com. later i downloaded the mhotspot to use wifi hotspot. after starting the wifi hotspot is saying that HOTSPOT IS STARTED BUT BOT FOR INTERNET SHARING. pls help how an i use wifi hotspot?

Hi,

Make sure that your laptop is also set to share your wifi.
- Press Windows key + R at the same time and type "ncpa.cpl" and click OK
- Right click on your Wifi adapter and select Properties
- Click on Sharing tab and put a check on "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's internet connection.
- Click Apply and OK.
