Its been a week since we've been able to use our internet. Our laptops, Ipad and phone can connect to the internet but when we try and use it, the page cant be loaded. I've gone to my school and local coffee shop to see if they can connect to other WiFi and both laptops, Ipad and phone work just fine.We have reset the router, done diagnosis etc and nothing seems to work. Our IPV6 says there is no connection so im wondering if that might be the problem. We have contacted our internet provided and they said the internet is working. I'd appreciate any help and suggestions. I have windows 8.1.

try resetting your modem that your router is connected to as that is your problem. turn off your router power. disconnect all cables to modem including power, count to 20, reconnect the Ethernet cable to the modem from the router. reconnect the power cable to the modem, turn on the router & reconnect the data cable from your internet provider to the modem.
Hi,

If you're saying that all devices can't connect to the internet wireless there might be an issue with the wireless router and it needs some reconfiguration. You mentioned that you've tried using those device from a different wireless source and they worked that only proves that the problem is with your own internet connection. Please do contact your ISP and explain to them about that issue because they should be able to check it and may send a tech to check your internet connection.

That is what we are thinking too but our internet provider refuses to believe there is a problem. After many request, they agreed to send a technician but cant confirm on a date and time. I guess its a waiting game. How do you reconfigure a router? We bought another router to see if it would possibly fix the problem but it still does the same thing.
- Thank you for your reply.
