Could not find any specs on the HT. Your TV is most likely to have an optical audio output. If the HT doesn't have this kind of input you will need a converter or DAC. The converter would be used if the HT has a coax RCA digital input.

If the HT has an analog input (either 2 RCA jacks or a stereo mini jack) then you would need a DAC like this one
