I have an HP laptop and I cannot find my webcam. Yes, it has a webcam but when I open up the camera it says "Something went wrong. Make sure it's not being used in another app" Or something similar.

Hi,

Do try to uninstall/reinstall the Webcam driver from Device Manager.
- Open/search Device Manager then right click on the webcam driver and select Uninstall.
- Download and install the webcam driver from HP support site.
- Here's the link where you can download the driver: http

- Use the model/ product number of your laptop so it would give you the exact drivers for it.
- Reboot your laptop then test it again.
