Hi to all TH community,

I have a big problem with my laptop. After Windows startup, it freezes and stands still. No indications, no blue screen, no restarting. Just freezes and happens all time, can't use it. I can use it with safety mode with no issues though. When i booted into windows normally, it freezes within 2 minutes. Clean windows with no programs added.

What i did;
Changed rams, Replaced them with other laptops rams, tried all slots.
Changed HDD, Fully Formatted HDD, Did an error scan with HDTune, no bad sectors. Changed system to Windows XP, 7 and 8 but still no luck.
Replaced CPU with another Centrino T5800, nothing changed.
Checked CPU temperature with HWMonitor, not passing 45 degrees.
Updated BIOS, Firmware.

I don't know what else to do, I think that mobo is the issue here but i'm not sure, open to suggestions.

System specs;
Toshiba A300-1MO Notebook
Intel Centrino T5800
3GB DDR2 800 Mhz RAM
Intel 4 Series Graphics
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

Hi,

Actually you've done all the possible troubleshooting steps that could identify if it's a motherboard issue. If it's not freezing in BIOS and in Safe mode where it requires not all your drivers to run. Like your graphics card will run on very low settings, sound card will also be disabled. So it's really safe to say that it's the motherboard that needs to be replaced.

Today I found a replacement of graphic chip and replaced it, now it works perfectly. It was all Intel 4 Series' fault :p
