I have a Toshiba Satellite s70-a Intel i3-4000 with 12 gb of ram, and i am starting to have trouble playing some current games. I have been trying to find out which intel cpu's i can replace my current cpu with, but have had very little luck. As far as i can tell, the socket is a G3, but i am having no luck on the other information needed. Can you guys help me figure out possible CPUs to upgrade my computer?

Laptops are not supposed to have changeable motherboards or cpus.
And mobile processors aren´t sold in retail ( because you´re not supposed to change them), and even if you get a new cpu that would fit in your socket, it could still be that your current cpu is soldered to your mainboard and that would make it impossible
All things considered i wouldnt recommend you changing (or trying to change) your cpu
