Hi,
Are you trying to do a Factory Reset when you got that error? Try these steps that may resolve that issue.
- Turn the laptop completely off.
- Turn it back on and right after you press the power button start tapping on "ALT +F10" together at the same time until it loads the Acer Recovery System.
- It will be asking for your username and password before you can continue on running a Factory Reset.
- Select Restore then next and select Completely Restore System to Factory Defaults and click on Yes then click on Start.
